Featuring well over thirty years of real-world title experience, Karla's consummate legal erudition and sagacious knowledge adds to Riverside’s sterling reputation as an undisputed leader in the title industry.
Having been involved with thousands of transactions, from simple residential refinances to complex commercial transactions - as well as foreclosures and short sales - Karla has earned the unwavering trust and respect of clients, fellow attorneys, and underwriters alike. Her responsibilities include overseeing workflow and clearance issues, tackling thorny client challenges to facilitate closings quickly, and expertly advising the Riverside team regarding legal intricacies that characterize the title industry.
A graduate of SUNY Albany and Hofstra University School of Law, Karla previously held the position of President at Excalibur Land Services and Oxford Abstract. Ms. Miller is admitted to the state bar of New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
