With nearly a decade of experience spanning a variety of areas in the legal field, Aryeh manages the national and commercial coordination of title reviews and escrow services for 49 of the 50 states in the USA, providing riverside with the inimitable ability to spread outwards and experience steadfast growth.
His intimate knowledge of the numerous intricacies relating to the subtleties of differing state laws allow Riverside to accurately identify potential issues with titles, spot problems in contracts and rapidly resolve problems prior to closing.
A graduate of Touro College and Fordham Law School, Aryeh worked at Tarshis, Catania, Liberth, Mahon & Milligram, PLLC, where he maintained a position as a Legal Associate specializing in transactional work with a focus on foreclosures, and as Consulting Legal Counsel at Pernod Ricard USA, LLC. Mr. Lazarus is admitted to the state bars of New York and New Jersey and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
