Charged with the undertaking of widening Riverside's ever-expanding presence in the marketplace, Sam uses his 12 years of hard-earned title industry experience to benefit the company and its clients.

With a keen eye for distinguishing which burgeoning industries require services tailor-made services to meet their objectives, Sam works closely with the Riverside sales team to bring established property development firms conducting complicated real estate transactions into the Riverside client roster.

Sam's business skills are further exemplified by his proficiency in identifying smaller title agencies specializing in specific areas relating to titles, persuading them to merge into the Riverside family, and orchestrating the transition to tap into the valuable knowledge offered by these entities. Sam studied marketing at the Wharton School of Business, and is a licensed title producer.
